Hi all.

Well the operation went ahead as planned on 3rd June. ThumpUp ThumpUp

The surgeon put the metal work back into my ankle and straightened my leg.

Came home on Tuesday with a bright blue plaster on. Was getting rather bored
with just white.

I am hoping to get the clips out on the 21st and another plaster for about six weeks.
What colour shall I have this time?

Its ben raining again here today. Has anyone any idea when the summer is suppose to be coming??

Hope all your aches and pains are few.

Love
Marlene xx

Hi Marlene

Glad to hear your op was successful and you're back home. What about having a gold cast? Weather here in Notts has been lovely today, not at all what we expected.

Hi Marlene,

Glad the op went well and you are home now.
I think you should have a pink sparkly cast next time!
Rained heavily here all afternoon. I think we had summer, those two nice days we had a couple of weeks agoRollEyes

Really good news Marlene! Colour of cast? I wouldn't care as long as it does its job!! But bright blue does sound very fetching!

Hope things continue to go well and all the best for the 21st. Take care of yourself,

Hi Marlene

Glad you are now on the right side of the op.

When you go back for a change of cast, demand a sparkly pink one. If they won't give you one, we could always come round and decorate whatever they give you.

Lots of love

Good news.

If you're a footie fan and IF we're still in the world cup maybe white with a red cross?

We've finally got some sun today in Hertford.

Hi Marlene,

Hope your feeling better and your leg/foot heals well. What about a black sparkly one, thats what my daughter had when she broke her wrist at Christmas time last year. It looked really cool. Up in Scotland we have had some very hot days, hope it lasts through out the summer. Keep well and hope the sun shines for you. Lorna x Smile
